Announcements — shared notices with tap-to-copy fields for passwords and links. Shows on dashboard and full section. Admin can create, edit, archive. Invite new members via Gmail API from Admin > Users. Task modal scrolls to top when opened.

AI assistant rewrite — system prompt knows all features (linking, categories, priorities, assignments, status). AI auto-links related ideas and tasks by default. Actions use linkedIndex for batch linking; frontend resolves to real IDs. Linked items render as clickable chips on ideas and tasks. New item gold star indicator (localStorage). "Close" renamed to "Done" on ideas.

Font size control now works — all text scales with the A/A buttons. Record types: editable names, description field shown as subtitle, two-column grid on wide screens. Schema modal has description field. All delete buttons have confirm dialogs. Bigger buttons and tap targets throughout.

Google Tasks two-way sync — tasks mirror to "PHYSICS PORTAL" list, @Name for assignments. Categories managed in portal (Admin > Categories). Assignee dropdown from user list. Priority levels: One Day, Soon, Today, NOW. Cross-linking between Ideas and Tasks. Bigger tap targets everywhere. New categories.js function.

Google Tasks sync — portal tasks mirror to a "PHYSICS PORTAL" list in your Google Tasks. Two-way: create in either place. @Name convention for assignments. AI chat improvements — expand/maximize panel, Enter makes line breaks, numbered action items with individual checkboxes, type dropdowns (Task/Idea/Topic), editable titles, Select All/None. Font size control (lower left). PHYSICS text hidden on narrow screens.

Ideas fully interactive — edit, close/reopen, add task from inside an expanded idea. Dashboard items are fully functional with edit, status change, and delete controls. Collapsible items everywhere — tap to see details, tap again to collapse. Notes backend supports editing and status.

Dashboard redesign — sections at top in sidebar order (Ideas, Tasks, Topics, Documents, Budget), stat cards moved to bottom. Each section and individual item is collapsible — tap to expand details. Sidebar closes when tapping outside on mobile. Topbar icon-only buttons.

Topics section — threaded discussions with comments, PDF attachments (inline viewer, new tab, download), and resolve/reopen workflow. Dashboard rewrite — collapsible panels mirroring sidebar order (Ideas, Tasks, Topics, Documents, Budget). Topbar icons — compact icon-only buttons for theme, install, and sign out. Tags filter safety net.

AI Assistant — floating chat panel where you dump thoughts, meeting notes, or ideas in plain language. Claude parses them into Ideas, Tasks, or Records and creates them in the portal with one click. Voice-to-text friendly.
